4 รายละเอียดของรางวัล

4.1 สร้อยคอทองคำหนัก 1 บาท จำนวน 10 รางวัล

5. ผู้โชคดีต้องเป็นผู้มีสัญชาติไทย ทั้งที่มีภูมิลำเนาในกรุงเทพมหานคร และต่างจังหวัด ต้องนำหลักฐาน บัตรประจำตัวประชาชนตัวจริงพร้อมสำเนา ,ทะเบียนบ้านพร้อมสำเนา, มาเป็นหลักฐานในการขอรับรางวัล โดยผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลต้องมารับรางวัลด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น หรือ หากผู้โชคดีไม่สามารถมารับด้วยตัวเองได้ ต้องมอบอำนาจให้ตัวแทนที่ได้รับเท่านั้น สำหรับการรับรางวัล บริษัทฯ จะโทรศัพท์แจ้งผู้โชคดี โดยผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อขอรับรางวัลตามสถานที่ ที่บริษัทฯกำหนด ภายในระยะเวลา 30 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีในแต่ละครั้ง หากเลยกำหนดถือว่าสละสิทธิ์

6.ในกรณีที่ผู้โชคดีไม่สามารถเดินทางมารับรางวัลด้วยตัวเอง ผู้โชคดีจะต้องทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจ ติดอากรแสตมป์ 10 บาท และสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้รับมอบอำนาจ และเอกสารดังกล่าวข้างต้น ในการขอรับรางวัล

7. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่า 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป ต้องชำระภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ของมูลค่ารางวัลที่ได้รับ ตามคำสั่งกรมสรรพากร ที่ ทป. 101/2544

8. พนักงานและครอบครัวของกลุ่มบริษัท เกร๊ทเตอร์ มายบาซิน จำกัด และบุคคล / องค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดรายการในครั้งนี้ไม่สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้

9. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการให้ของรางวัลแก่ผู้โชคดีที่บริษัทฯ ตรวจพบว่ามีการทุจริตในการเล่น หรือการทำผิดกติกา หรือแสดงเจตนาส่อไปในทางทุจริต

10. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์มอบรางวัลสำหรับลูกค้าที่ระบุข้อมูลถูกต้องและมีหลักฐานครบถ้วนตรงตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของรายการและสามารถตรวจสอบได้เท่านั้นขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข เปลี่ยนมือ หรือโอนให้ผู้อื่น

11. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ แลก หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นรางวัลอื่น หรือเงินสดได้

12. ผู้โชคดีมีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลสูงสุดเพียง 1 รางวัลเท่านั้น ตลอดรายการ

13. ผู้โชคดียินยอมให้บริษัทฯ นำชื่อ นามสกุล และรายละเอียดอื่นใดของผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล ทั้งภาพและเสียงออกเผยแพร่โฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ และ/หรือนำไปใช้เพื่อการอื่นเพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับธุรกิจตามที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควรโดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆ แก่ผู้โชคดีหรือแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

14. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในภาพถ่ายและ/หรือเสียงของผู้โชคดีโดยถือเป็นสิทธิ์ขาดของบริษัทสามารถนำไปเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ได้ โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตหรือจ่ายค่าตอบแทน

15.สินค้าทดลองใช้ ที่ไม่ได้มีไว้จัดจำหน่าย ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมรายการได้
